Plan B’s Standby Office service gives you a fully-equipped place to work should you experience an event such as water damage, fire or IT failure that renders your normal office facilities unusable.

The service provides a choice of five completely managed facilities that you can seamlessly access to continue to work and service customers while the crisis is being resolved. We currently have over 400 seats available for subscription in a combination of multi-subscriber or dedicated suites.

These office facilities are kept in a continual state of readiness so they are ready for immediate occupation with minimal downtime.

The multi-subscriber Standby Office service includes:

  • Offices with kitchens, bathrooms and meeting rooms
  • Desks and PC’s/terminals with screens
  • Telephone lines, data circuits, PBX, handsets, fax machines and printers

In addition, we have dedicated suites available which offer the opportunity to completely secure and fit out a suite to suit your corporate requirements. No other company can access your dedicated suite and you choose how much assistance you require from Plan B to maintain your standby environment.

Plan B currently has Standby Office facilities in the following locations:

  • Auckland – Mt Wellington & Albany
  • Hamilton
  • Wellington
  • Christchurch

We recommend Standby Office users also subscribe to an equivalent Standby Equipment service to ensure timely access to IT infrastructure and access to recovery expertise.
