As the situation with COVID-19 has been changing continuously, especially with the Prime Minister’s announcement yesterday about the increase in the Alert Status from Level Two to Level Three, with an increase to Level Four on Wednesday, we want to continue updating you on the measures we’re taking to ensure the health and wellbeing of our staff and customers.

As a result, we have made the decision for all Plan B employees to work from home with immediate effect until further notice, with the exception of a skeleton staff onsite to ensure we’ll continue to provide essential services.

We are taking all health and safety precautions to ensure this team and our customers are well protected. Where contact does need to be made, please phone first to arrange a time, this will be arranged on a zero-contact basis.

The team at Plan B are well-prepared and in a good position to continue providing business as usual as best as possible. In the case of factors outside our control we are confident there will be minimal disruption to our service delivery.

We will continue to update you on any changes which could possibly impact your business.
