Like all Kiwi businesses, we have been working through the requirements of keeping our workforce, customers, contractors, and visitors safe in the world of COVID-19, and what that may mean for how we operate our workplaces. This is a fast-changing landscape, and we appreciate your patience as we have worked through this.

With the implementation of the new traffic light framework, we are taking steps to ensure that our customers and contractors are once again able to access our facilities with minimal restrictions. 

As such, effective from Monday 13th December 2021, we will require that any person visiting our sites must be fully vaccinated.

We will be reviewing this policy regularly to ensure it is still appropriate going forward or needs to change in any way. This policy is the same for our workers, suppliers and visitors.

To facilitate access by vaccinated persons, our team will need to view the NZ "My Vaccine Pass" of all visitors prior to their entry into our Data Centres. Access will not be granted to anyone unable to show their “My Vaccine Pass”.

We will endeavour to only ask for this the first time that you arrive onsite each day, but please bear with us if you are asked to show your pass more than once.

For accessing our Data Centres, we do understand that there may be circumstances in which it is difficult to send a fully vaccinated person to carry out necessary work onsite, and we are committed to working with you to make this as easy as possible. Please reach out to us to discuss available options:  • Asking our team to do the work for you  • Sending a vaccinated person from your team to do the work  • Engaging another provider who can provide vaccinated staff
